The social events are exclusive to participants in the following categories: plastic surgeons, management or pre/post-operative team members, speakers, coordinators, sponsors (within the number of people provided in the contract), videomakers, and registered guests.
The event times and locations will be announced soon.
The BAPS Party will not have tickets sold separately, just like the other social events. Those wishing to participate must register as a guest linked to a Congress Participant or Sponsor.
To become a member, you must be a board-certified plastic surgeon with an RQE in plastic surgery. Click here to join. Once your membership is confirmed, you may register for the Congress.
The event is intended for all plastic surgeons with an RQE in plastic surgery and their multidisciplinary teams (management and pre/post-operative), as well as videomakers and sponsors.
The registration of multidisciplinary teams, guests, and videomakers will be subject to the congress participant’s registration and/or the authorization form from the BAPS associate stating that the team member may participate. Yes. The scientific sessions (plenary sessions) are exclusive to plastic surgeons. In addition, we will have special programs aimed at congress participants’ multidisciplinary teams.
Invited speakers may be from other medical specialties or professional areas, and in such cases, they will be subject to evaluation by the BAPS Scientific Committee, with unique and exclusive authorization to remain in the lecture block in which they will participate as speakers.

Yes. Registration cancellations can be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase.
If the registration is purchased 7 (seven) days or less before the event starts, the cancellation must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to the event’s start date.
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the event, even if within the 7-day period, will not be accepted.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted directly by the user via email to contact@baps.global.
It will not be permitted to transfer event and/or course registrations to another user or participant.
Please contact us by October 1st, 2025 via email at contact@baps.global to request a registration transfer. Include the details of the original participant and the new participant, and wait for further instructions.
Note: The transfer of ownership is exclusive to registrations under the team and visitor categories, and only one transfer per registration is allowed.
If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, make sure to enter the details of the person who will be attending the congress, including their exact email and CPF.

At the 4th BAPS National Congress, the entry/participation of individuals under 18 years old will not be allowed, even if accompanied by their parents.
