To become a member, you must be a board-certified plastic surgeon with an RQE in plastic surgery. Click here to join. Once your membership is confirmed, you may register for the Congress.
The event is intended for all board-certified plastic surgeons with an RQE in plastic surgery, multidisciplinary team members, videomakers, medical residents in plastic surgery (please check specific requirements), and sponsors.
Registrations for multidisciplinary team members, visitors, and videomakers are subject to the congress attendee’s registration.
Yes. The scientific sessions (plenary sessions) are exclusively for plastic surgeons and plastic surgery residents. In addition, there will be dedicated programming for the congress attendees’ multidisciplinary teams.

Yes. Registration cancellations can be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase.
If the registration is purchased 7 (seven) days or less before the event starts, the cancellation must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to the event’s start date.
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the event, even if within the 7-day period, will not be accepted.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted directly by the user via email to contact@baps.global.
Transfer of registration for the Event and/or courses to another user or participant will not be allowed.
Note: Congress Attendees are considered to be Plastic Surgeons and/or Plastic Surgery Residents.
Please contact us by October 1st, 2025 via email at contact@baps.global to request a registration transfer. Include the details of the original participant and the new participant, and wait for further instructions.
Note: The transfer of ownership is exclusive to registrations under the team and visitor categories, and only one transfer per registration is allowed.

At the 4th BAPS National Congress, the entry/participation of individuals under 18 years old will not be allowed, even if accompanied by their parents.
A medical resident in plastic surgery is considered to be someone who completed their plastic surgery residency between 2022 and 2025 and does not yet have an RQE (Specialist Registration) in plastic surgery.
To register, please contact WhatsApp +55 47 99603-6837 and provide a statement confirming your status as a plastic surgery resident. This document must be issued no more than 30 (thirty) days prior to the registration request. Alternatively, you may present your Specialist Title in Plastic Surgery if you completed your residency between 2022 and 2025 and have not yet obtained your RQE.
If you completed your residency before 2022, you are expected to regularize your specialist status with the appropriate authority and register as a plastic surgeon.
Note: If you already have your RQE in plastic surgery, this registration category does not apply to you. You must register as a plastic surgeon.
