Guidelines and norms adopted by the organization of the Congress.

Stay on the scientific topic of you lecture avoiding self promotion. Focus on data, articles and cases
Avoid long texts on the lectures screens.
Speakers will receive a mouse presenter to control the lectures
The auto intruduction screen is not necessary, the speakers information should be sent alongside the lecture files. All speakers will have a standard introduction screen for the congress
Keep in mind your overall lecture time, there will be no extended time.
Head to the plenary front row line twenty minutes prior your talk
Keep an eye out for the SPEAKERS Whatsapp group, this is the only oficial comunication channel.
It is not allowed to use your personal computer to display the lecture.
Lectures must be sent by March 29

Normative Instructions

Stay on the scientific topic of you lecture avoiding self promotion. Focus on data, articles and cases

Avoid long texts on the lectures screens.

Speakers will receive a mouse presenter to control the lectures

The auto intruduction screen is not necessary, the speakers information should be sent alongside the lecture files. All speakers will have a standard introduction screen for the congress

Keep in mind your overall lecture time, there will be no extended time.

Head to the plenary front row line twenty minutes prior your talk

Keep an eye out for the SPEAKERS Whatsapp group, this is the only oficial comunication channel.

It is not allowed to use your personal computer to display the lecture.
