Practicing in Brazil

If you are a plastic surgeon with an RQE in plastic surgery and practice in Brazil, visit https://plataforma.baps.global/associe-se and apply for membership. After payment of the annual dues, your application will be approved by the board.

Practicing outside Brazil

If you are a plastic surgeon practicing outside Brazil, visit the same link, apply for membership and submit documentation proving your qualification as a plastic surgeon in the country where you practice. The documents will be reviewed, and BAPS will contact you with further information and guidelines.

The scientific program is exclusive to plastic surgeons who are BAPS members. Videographers and accompanying guests attend under their respective categories, according to each category’s rules.

The accompanying guest ticket grants access only to the social event listed in the program and does not include lectures or scientific activities. Full access to technical content requires a ticket in the category appropriate to your professional profile.

Videographers can register in their category on the official event page and will have access to the scientific program provided they are associated with a registered plastic surgeon. To preserve the experience and scientific sessions, only 4 videographers will be allowed throughout the event, with prior access authorization from BAPS organizers. Yes. Simultaneous interpretation between English and Portuguese will be available during the scientific program. Bring your own headphones to use the system during the sessions.

Yes. Recordings of the scientific sessions and Lab Experience will be available on BAPSFLIX to registered attendees within 20 days after the event and to other BAPS members after 90 days.

Check-in will take place on December 16, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Forte Noronha, with facial recognition enrollment and collection of the badge, which is required for event access.

Yes. Facial recognition enrollment and wearing your badge are mandatory throughout the event, including entry and exit.

You can request a replacement badge at the check-in desk for a fee of R$ 50.00.

Payment of the Environmental Preservation Fee (TPA), established by Law No. 10,403/1989 and amended by Laws No. 11,704/1999, No. 11,923/2000 and No. 11,949/2001, regulated by District Decree No. 018/2004, is required for all non-resident visitors and is calculated according to the length of their stay. For the scientific program, we recommend light clothing (suits, ties and dress shoes are not permitted). For Sunset BAPS, wear white or beige clothing in light fabrics and comfortable footwear.
